5. Recipients of your personal data are entities processing personal data based on data processing agreements with the administrator, if such processing is necessary, as well as entities for which the administrator provides services. Personal data may be transferred to third countries.
6. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected or until you withdraw your consent for data processing;
7. You have the right to access your data, as well as the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data breaches GDPR regulations;
9. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were obtained;
10. Your data will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling.

4. Regarding the data for which you have given consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Consent can be withdrawn by emailing base@gjc.pl;

Recipients of your personal data are entities processing personal data based on data processing agreements with the administrator, if necessary for the fulfillment of the agreement/order, as well as employees of the department responsible for your agreement/order, the accounting department, and the management of GJC International. Personal data may be transferred to third countries;

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the agreement/order and, after the agreement/order has been fulfilled, for the period necessary for the storage of data under separate regulations, especially tax regulations, and for the limitation period for claims arising from the agreement/order;
7. You have the right to access your data, as well as the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data breaches GDPR regulations;
9. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to fulfill the agreement/order; the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to fulfill the agreement/order;
10. Your data will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling.
