In compliance with the requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR”), we would like to inform you about the principles of processing your personal data and your associated rights.

  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing information about our products and services, as well as products and services of our partners. We will process the following types of personal data, such as name, surname, email address, phone number, correspondence data provided by you, based on your voluntary consent, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR;
  4. Regarding the data for which you have given consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Consent can be withdrawn by emailing base@gjc.pl;
  5. Recipients of your personal data are entities processing personal data based on data processing agreements with the administrator, if such processing is necessary, as well as entities for which the administrator provides services. Personal data may be transferred to third countries.
  6. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected or until you withdraw your consent for data processing;
  7. You have the right to access your data, as well as the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
  8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data breaches GDPR regulations;
  9. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were obtained;
  10. Your data will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling.

If you have entered into an agreement with us or placed an order with us, please read the following: In accordance with Art. 13(1) and (2) of the GDPR, we inform you that:

  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the agreement/order, based on Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. In the case of other data provided by you voluntarily, processing will be carried out only with your voluntary consent, based on Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR;
  4. Regarding the data for which you have given consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Consent can be withdrawn by emailing base@gjc.pl;
  5. Recipients of your personal data are entities processing personal data based on data processing agreements with the administrator, if necessary for the fulfillment of the agreement/order, as well as employees of the department responsible for your agreement/order, the accounting department, and the management of GJC International. Personal data may be transferred to third countries;
  6. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the agreement/order and, after the agreement/order has been fulfilled, for the period necessary for the storage of data under separate regulations, especially tax regulations, and for the limitation period for claims arising from the agreement/order;
  7. You have the right to access your data, as well as the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
  8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data breaches GDPR regulations;
  9. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to fulfill the agreement/order; the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to fulfill the agreement/order;
  10. Your data will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling.
